Today we celebrated World Book Day. The children came to school dressed as their favourite character.

Our theme this year is stories with a moral,  Reception have been looking at the story of ‘The Rainbow Fish’.

We started the day with a Family Fun session in the School Hall. It was lovely to see so many families join us to take part in lots of activities.

Later we created a blanket of books in the hall and all chose a different book to take home and keep. 

What a wonderful day we have had, celebrating all the wonderful characters and stories.
