Over the last three Mondays, 8 children from Year 5 and 6 have been taking part in the annual Carr Hill Fylde Football League. After playing 8 games, scoring over 40 goals and conceding just 1 goal in the entire tournament, The Willows ended top of the league and unbeaten!

Each and every child that took part played amazingly and did our school proud, both on and off the pitch. From goal, to defence and attack, there was a real unity and quality to the way the boys played together. To remain so positive and play with such high energy, even during the final few games when the pressure was building, while only conceding just one goal is a remarkable achievement.

Well done footballers, we are all really proud of you!!!
