The whole school celebrated World Book Day by coming into school dressed as a book character. It was fantastic to see all the children in their costumes, sharing with each other different books and stories. The children had a brilliant day taking part in lots of different activities including a book scavenger hunt, a codebreaker quiz and even a heads up style game using children’s book characters!. Take a look at the photographs to see our fun day. We even spent the afternoon reading stories to the Reception class.
