On Monday 20th and Monday 27th September, 9 children from Year 5 and 6 took part in the Carr Hill Primary Football Tournament.

The children competed against other local primary schools in 6 a side matches that were held at the fantastic astro turf pitches at AFC Fylde’s Mill Farm complex.

On our first tournament date, the team managed 3 wins and 1 draw, showing excellent skill and team work.

Unfortunately, we had 3 losses and 1 draw on our second tournament date but the staff members present were incredibly proud of how the children carried on and kept working hard as a team.

Well done everyone, you represented your school brilliantly and we are all very proud of you!
